Butterfly earrings

Yesterday Holden and Lili were discussing Lili's flower and butterfly earrings.

Lili wanted to make sure Holden knew they were not for him, "Earrings are for girls only" she stated.

Wanting to clarify things I added, "Well, some boys wear earrings, but we don't. Do you know why?"

This was a totally easy question for Holden, "Because we're not a rock star."
