Kick-out flashing

This morning we had the new house we are buying inspected. Nothing of much note came up in the report. Good. We do need to have a "kick-out flashing" installed above some gutter. Easy enough. We're on track for the new house. Yay!

This morning was Mark's second walk ever through the new house. It was my third time there. It's amazing how little time you spend in a house before buying it.
